We want every order to feel worth it. Here's how our process works.
RETURN POLICY
- We do not accept returns except in cases where an item is received defective or damaged.
- If you've received a defective or damaged item, please reach out to our Customer Experience team at info@onedecade.in with photos of the product within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right. Once your return is reviewed and accepted, you will be eligible to receive either store credit to the value of your order or a replacement piece of the same article, subject to availability.
- Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags intact and packaging undisturbed to be eligible.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- We offer exchanges strictly for sizing issues. If the item you received doesn't fit as expected, you may request an exchange for a different size of the same product within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.
- To initiate a size exchange, please write to us at info@onedecade.in with your order details and the size you need.
- Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags intact and packaging undisturbed to be eligible.
- Please note that any pickup charges applicable in the course of an exchange will be borne by the customer.
