Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

We currently offer standard shipping on all orders. Priority shipping may be available during selected drops or launches.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Yes. Tracking information is shared once your order is dispatched.

Orders

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.

If your order has not been shipped yet, contact us immediately and we’ll try to update the size. Once delivered, eligible exchange requests can be made according to our exchange policy.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next working day.

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order is dispatched.
